In Sovereign Grace Ministries, we do not want to do ministry alone. We benefit from the relationships we have with other SGM churches and pastors. Each church is in a region and the pastors at the church are frequently cared for by the SGM Regional Team guy. At SGCL, we go a little against the grain on this because we have decided to stay in the North Carolina region since Mike and Jim come from the Charlotte, NC church and have close relationships with those men.
